The 2007 - 2011 notes feature new designs, including a new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and images of local people, flora and fauna, culture and tradition, as well as industrial and economic activity. The banknotes vary in size lengthwise, with the new highest denomination (100 dollars) being the same size as preceding issues, and each successively smaller denomination 5 millimeters shorter. The notes are printed on De La Rue’s “Platinum” paper substrate for longer life.
